Drypoint is a printmaking technique in which an
image is etched into a plate with a needle and
then printed using a print press. It is an easy, fun and
satisfying technique that allows you to experiment
with an image in many different ways. In this
workshop students will make a drypoint plate and
also learn about my trademark ‘chine-colle’ process,
having the chance to try it out as they create a
series of prints that they can take away with them
With local artist and our new tutor Amelia Bowman.
